My name is Jae and I am so excited to have you here!! 🥹💖

Okay, let me start. At this time of my life, my favorite scripture would be from The Book of Mormon, in 4 Nephi chapter 1: 15.

15 And it came to pass that there was no contention in the land, because of the love of God which did dwell in the hearts of the people.

I have this scripture posted up on my wall to help me remember to breathe when I start to feel a ton of emotions that would overwhelm me. It’s been a wonderful reminder to me because emotionally regulating is something I’m trying to improve on lately :’)

It can be so easy to stick to my pride at times, and what I’ve learned is that recovering from contentious decisions can be even worse. (Just me??)
