God Really Wants To Tell You Something Today
Come with me to hear Him in General Conference this weekend!!
Hey you!! Yeah, you!!
Are you hungry for answers for your life? Do you want more spiritual preservation like me? Do you need extra strength to pursue your calling with Jesus? Or do you just want to get to know Jesus better? To hear Him in your life more? What about healing? Is something weighing on your mind recently? What is it?
I certainly have many of these thoughts myself. So if you’re interested, I am inviting you to join me and so many other Christians (and other faiths, and everyone else!!) to watch General Conference!! I am so excited :’)
As a practicing member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints, attending General Conference every six months has felt like drinking the most nourishing water after a long, confused walk in the desert of trials and ugly crying from mental breakdowns…lol.
Oh wait…so, what is General Conference??
Here’s a quick rundown!
General conference is the worldwide gathering of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. Twice a year, during the first weekend of April and the first weekend of October, Church leaders from around the world share messages or sermons focused on the living Christ and His gospel. Viewers learn how to find peace, hope, and joy in Jesus Christ; how to strengthen families by following Jesus’s teachings; and how to receive personal guidance and inspiration from God. General conference is streamed and broadcast live in about 70 languages and is later translated into more than 100 languages. We invite everyone—of all faiths, beliefs, and backgrounds from everywhere in the world—to watch, listen, and participate.1
Below is the link to join in! Yes, you can watch on YouTube! General Conference starts the first weekend of April and October; on Saturday morning (yes, it starts TODAY!!) and ends on Sunday (tomorrow) late afternoon. On both days there is a morning session (10AM-Noon, MDT) and an afternoon session (2PM to 4PM, MDT).
I’ll see you there!! God be with you, my friend. LET Him be with you. Don’t do this alone.
